Spoke and Vine Motel is a freshly reinvented motel with old-yet-sturdy bones, thoughtful design, sustainable features, and clean, comfortable rooms. This is NOT your grandpa’s motel.
We’re perfectly located within walking distance of all the food, wine, beer, mead, and fruits your heart desires. We aim to be your favorite place to stay in Palisade and the entire Grand Valley.

We believe in kind, attentive service, delicious coffee, quality bedding, good vibes, and rooms that look as good as they feel—all with a healthy dose of snark. This is not the Ritz, after all.
WHAT TO EXPECT
There is no fine print. Our rooms are simple, ultra-clean, and comfortable. We might have a modest exterior (call it minimalism!), but our luxury beds will lull you to sleep, our stylish and functional spaces will inspire you, and you’ll have everything you need to enjoy an adventurous stay. (Unless you describe yourself as “high maintenance”—this might not be the place for you if you like bellboys, full-service concierge, and someone to fan you with a palm frond while feeding you grapes.)
Check-in/Check-out Lobby: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Room check-in details are sent via text rather than visiting the lobby upon arrival, so you can go straight to your room and get settled. Don't forget though, we are always readily available to assist you. Complimentary, locally roasted coffee, tea and breakfast will be delivered to your room in the morning.
Housekeeping: A mid-stay cleaning service is included for stays of four nights or more.
Pets: Dogs are welcome. Kids must be on a leash. (Relax, that was a joke!) $25 pet fee for stays up to three nights. Up to two dogs per room.

Enjoy local and carefully curated drinks, snacks, charcuterie, and local food truck fare. Start your day with a bloody Mary or mimosa, then plan your adventures!

Room Types
All rooms provide FREE WiFi, cable, HDTV, mini-fridge, spacious bathroom, and good vibes. For weekend reservations, some rooms require Saturday nights to be booked with either Friday or Sunday night. Holidays and holiday weekends may require additional nights. All rooms are dog-friendly (up to two dogs per room).
Single Queen Room
Perfect for the lone traveler or two snuggly love bugs, our single queen room features a mini-fridge to stash your snacks and a modern bathroom with stall shower. The room is small A.F. and may not be the best if you are a person who brings multiple pieces of luggage. Minimalists will love this room. (ADA option available.)
Single King Room
The perfect room for an individual who likes to stretch out or the couple who wants a great night’s sleep, our single king room features a mini-fridge to chill your wine and a spacious bathroom with stall shower.
Two Queen Beds
Perfect room for two people who don’t quite want to snuggle up in bed with each other, but don’t mind sleeping in the same room. (We can’t promise no snoring.) Room features a mini-fridge and spacious bathroom with stall shower.
Suite – Two Queen Beds + Twin + Sleeper Sofa
Perfect room for a family, a bunch of dudes on a bike trip, a girls’ weekend getaway, or anyone who wants extra space. The sleeper sofa and twin bed are in the adjacent room (perfect for sleeping children or digital nomads who need to use the desk nook). Room features a mini-fridge and spacious bathroom with stall shower.
One Bedroom Apartment – King Bed + Sleeper Sofa
This room has it all. Luxury king bed, living room, dining room, kitchen complete with modern cabinets, quality appliances, and even an island! Living room with sleeper sofa for guests. If this were camping, you’d be glamping. Two-night minimum (because, of course!).
